Book2 Platform Terms and Conditions
1. General Provisions
1.1 These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using promotional coupons offered by Book2 and its partners, as well as the terms for using the Book2 platform by partners.
1.2 Promotional coupons are available as part of marketing campaigns organized by Book2 and its partners.
1.3 A promotional coupon can only be used in accordance with its description.
2. Types of Coupons
2.1 **Visible Coupon** – A coupon available to one person who receives it from us by email.
2.2 **VIP Coupon** – A coupon intended for one person only, typically given by special invitation or as part of an exclusive offer.
3. Conditions for Using Coupons
3.1 A coupon may be used only once or as specified in its description.
3.2 The coupon is valid only during the period specified in the description, and it expires after that time.
4. Validity Period
4.1 The coupon is valid from the moment of activation (or from the date specified in the description) and remains valid until the final date specified by the promotion organizer.
4.2 After the validity period expires, the coupon cannot be used.
5. Restrictions
5.1 Each coupon can only be used once per person, according to its terms, or some coupons can be used multiple times as stated in the coupon description.
5.2 A coupon cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to others unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion description.
6. Subscriptions and Refunds (for Partners)
6.1 Book2 partners can subscribe to Book2 services within specific subscription plans. Subscription terms are defined individually and may include different options depending on the plan chosen by the partner.
6.2 The administrator of the Book2 service reserves the right to cancel the partner's subscription at any time, without giving a reason, in the event of a violation of the terms and conditions or other provisions of the agreement.
6.3 The administrator of the Book2 service has the right to issue a refund for the subscription fee without giving a reason, according to the rules specified in the terms and conditions.
6.4 In case of cancellation of the subscription or refund, the partner is entitled to receive a full refund for the unused subscription period.
6.5 All refunds will be processed according to Book2's refund policy, and the partner will be notified about the refund via email.
7. Behavior Rules and Account Cancellation (for Partners)
7.1 Book2 partners must adhere to good conduct while using the platform. It is prohibited to post content that may offend other users, including any form of insults, hate speech, sexism, racism, or any other form of discrimination.
7.2 If a partner posts or shares content that violates the principles of goodwill and respect for other users, Book2 reserves the right to immediately suspend or cancel the partner's account, without giving a reason.
7.3 Book2 may also remove any content or materials deemed inappropriate, offensive, or contrary to the platform's rules.
7.4 In the event of account cancellation due to behavior violations, the partner will not be entitled to a refund for the subscription period during which the account was suspended or deleted.
8. Termination of Promotion
8.1 The organizer reserves the right to terminate the promotion before the specified end date, in the event of exhaustion of coupon stock or for other reasons.
